James Kilmoon (née McCarthy) is a writer, improviser, director, and producer from New Jersey. He's the co-EP in charge of creative for the hit TruTV series, Impractical Jokers, and has performed on and directed house sketch and improv teams at the UCB Theatre in New York. Alongside Jared Lapidus, their sketch group Reverse Cowboys has garnered over 3 millions views on YouTube. The duo spent over 6 years developing and writing Office Race, and its Labor Day release will mark their feature film debut.

Jared Lapidus is a Brooklyn-based director, writer, producer, and editor. His love for comedy eventually led him to study film at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Jared credits his sharp comedic sensibilities to his years spent as an editor, where he honed his instincts for timing, rhythm, and pacing. He parlayed Reverse Cowboys’ viral hits into television directorial work, along with dozens of commercial campaigns for globally recognized brands.
